FIAT 500e at AMPlify 2013

Santa Monica FIAT and the new all-electric 500e turned out for the 97.1 AMP radio AMPlify concert on April 12.  Big names like The Wanted, Trey Songz and DJ Zedd were there, as was California's sexiest new electric vehicle.

FIAT announced the launch of a new FIAT 500 model this weekend at the Concorso Italiano in Pebble Beach,Calif.

Bridging the gap between the hardcore FIAT 500 Abarth and the Pop or Lounge models, the new FIAT 500 Turbo rocks a twin inter-cooled, 135 horsepower, four cylinder engine-- That's a 34 percent boost in HP over the standard model.

FIAT Giveaway in LA!

Flo Rida, Amp Radio and Santa Monica FIAT gave away a brand new FIAT 500 on Monday. 

 

A group of fans gathered at the Red Bull stage at Amp Studio earlier this week to watch rapper Flo Rida perform a show at the radio's headquarters.

 

Afterwards, a small group of people received a set of keys.  Each key-holder was given a chance to start up one of our FIAT 500 hatchbacks.  Only one key would bring the fuel-sipping 1.4-liter motor to life, and the person who started the car could drive it home.
